The Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programme (ClinPsyD) is implementing an ambitious Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) action plan, to improve access to training and the training experience for people from Black, Asian and other minoritised ethnic groups.
The research assistant role will support the ClinPsyD’s implementation of its EDI action plan. The research assistant will undertake a number of related activities, including supporting an assessment of the nature of, and contributors towards, under-representation of people from minoritised ethnic groups on the ClinPsyD and contributing towards the development of measures to evaluate the ClinPsyD’s success in improving equality, diversity and inclusion.
