Description:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

You are part of our international Cloud Services team and support our customers and colleagues in eDiscovery projects. Using the eDiscovery software Axcelerate, you will provide holistic support for customer projects and assist clients with issues in the areas of eDiscovery and forensics. As part of the Cloud Service Innovation team, you will combine customer requirements with Opentext core competencies and provide holistic solutions.

SKILLS

Must have
A successfully completed degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, law or a similar field
ideally with experience in eDiscovery or project management
Several years of relevant eDiscovery project management experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and MS-Office, especially Excel, as well as Notepad++ and Command Line Scripting
Ideally hands-on experience in areas such as eDiscovery or Analytics
Ideally subject related certifications such as CEDS, Axcelerate, NUIX, Relativity, Encase
Enjoy working with clients from the Legal and IT sectors, a high degree of team orientation
Strong communication skills and a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

Support and assist our clients as the primary point of contact for eDiscovery projects.
Coordination of client data deliveries, preparation and analysis of source data, data transfer to one of our data centers
Data Collections on-site at the client and processing of data in our forensic lab in Rheinbach, Germany
Processing of source data in forensic laboratory Rheinbach (Data Ingestion), publication in the review platform (Publish) incl. troubleshooting, documentation and quality assurance.
You ensure Opentext quality standards during the course of the project and guarantee a successful project completion in the sense of the clients
You are the central contact person for the client and advise them on the use of the Opentext eDiscovery platform Axcelerate as well as on conceptual questions in the area of eDiscovery and forensics
You will mentor and coach new colleagues and team members
You will support customer service improvements and further development of Axcelerate
The work location is Rheinbach, after an appropriate training period, working from home office is possible; travel activities are usually not required
