YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Education Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating and managing a range of digital education assets to enhance the learning experience for Aware Super members. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creativity, and an understanding of learning design methodologies to produce simple, effective and engaging digital education assets. Education content created will align and support the delivery of the Education Value Stream Objectives of building member knowledge and confidence, and retention of members who become advocates of Aware.
Leveraging best practice digital education creation expertise and insights to optimise educational content across multiple channels, mediums and platforms delivering effective, compelling and creative education solutions.

You will bring your passion, energy, tenacity and enthusiasm to this role and be proactive, positive and professional with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines. You will have flexibility to travel to various locations for shoots and at times work irregular hours when necessary. You will be able to demonstrates a genuine care for members by ensuring consideration of their needs through the production of education content. In addition, you will:

• Have a strong understanding of digital cinematography, lighting techniques, camera operation, and audio recording;
• Be proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After, Final Cut Pro, or similar;
• Have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and online andragogy;
• Be a creative storyteller with the ability to convey messages effectively through video with strong experience in videography, particularly in a corporate setting;
• Be an excellent communicator with a good eye for detail and a keen sense of timing and visual composition; and
• Have proven ability to build and maintain partnerships and collaborative relationships with strong interpersonal skills to work with various teams
