Education Counsellor

Female candidates preferred. Must be fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English. Prior experience in education counseling or related fields is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to empathize with students and understand their needs. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (preferred).
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert counseling to students regarding international education opportunities. Assist with university and course selection based on student’s goals and academic backgrounds. Guide students through the application and visa processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about international education trends and requirements. Handle inquiries from potential students via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
