Description:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in leading and managing education programmes within speciality coffee, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, capable of prioritising, problem-solving, and delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • A strong network within the coffee or hospitality industries is a plus and something you’ll naturally tap into.
    The salary is £35,000 - £40,000 DOE. You can discuss this in more detail during the interview if you meet the application criteria

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Education Manager is critical in shaping the future of speciality coffee education at Origin. You will lead the development and delivery of training programmes for wholesale, retail, and home enthusiast customers, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our provenance, seasonality, and transparency values.

As the custodian of Origin’s educational excellence, you will:

  • Align training strategies with business goals, industry trends, and our mission to elevate coffee expertise.
