Step Into Teaching is a national programme designed to encourage more graduates to choose teaching in schools as their number one career choice. The programme has been designed to provide talented graduates with practical school-based experience that will lay the foundations for a long lasting and successful career in teaching thus, you will be playing a crucial role in identifying and recruiting the teachers of the future, today!
We are actively looking for charismatic and energetic individuals to join the Step Into Teaching recruitment team and commence work in February/March 2025. We are open to receiving applications from experienced recruiters as well as professionals currently working in other industries. Our proven staff induction plan allows new members of staff to quickly bring themselves up to speed in relation to both the recruitment industry and education sector.
The ideal person for this role will be extremely driven, self-motivated and display excellent communication skills, especially when negotiating and influencing. The recruitment industry is fast paced with many up’s and downs along the journey hence, interested individuals must be resilient and be able to multi-task whilst working under pressure.
