Description:
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer the above post to someone enthusiastic, motivated and who is an excellent communicator at all levels within the fast pace of the Education Training Administration Team within the Education department.
This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).
Based between Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Winchester and Basingstoke North Hampshire Hospital, you will work with the other members of the Education Training Administration Team providing a fast paced excellent quality administrative & customer service support.
The successful applicant will work closely with the wider team based on all Hampshire Hospital sites.
It is expected that the candidate will have an NVQ (QCF) Level 2 (including apprenticeships) or equivalent in Business Administration, Customer Service Administration, ICT level 2 or equivalent (ECDL Parts 1&2, CLait) and confident in using Microsoft applications with Maths and English, GCSE A*- C or level 2 equivalent and have experience of working within a similar administration role.
