We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled Educational Teaching Assistant who is committed to supporting the learning and welfare of our pupils.
The successful candidate will be a flexible, confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of working with children/young people in a school environment is essential, and experience of working with pupils who have profound and multiple learning difficulties would be an advantage. As a member of the team you will be good at working with and supporting colleagues. The successful candidate will be keen to develop their skills and Fairfield will invest in quality CPD to enable this.
