EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor*s Degree or equivalent qualification. (Required)
Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 7 years of experience leading large-scale operational activities in transport, uniform & parking services management.
Demonstrated experience in leading operational efficiency initiatives and implementing service improvements.
SKILLS:
Proficient in communicating effectively across all organizational levels.
Strong written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and influential messages.
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in building highly effective working relationships, fostering credibility, respect, and rapport with diverse networks.
Capable of effectively and innovatively challenging conventional thinking and approaches.
Continuously innovate and plan strategically to address evolving needs of customer and maintain service excellence.
Proven track record in gathering, analysing, and utilizing both quantitative and qualitative information to develop strategies, plans, policies, and solutions that align with individual and organizational objectives
Responsibilities:
Oversee the efficient management of transportation and uniform services while ensuring effective budget management. Ensure on-time arrivals, and eliminating delays, maintaining fleet effectiveness, managing uniform inventory, and ensuring quality with timely distribution. The role is crucial in enhancing employee satisfaction, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to the operational success of the organization through reliable transportation solutions and high-quality uniform provisions to align with organization’s branding initiatives.
