Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: College diploma in business, hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant dining industry, and 2 years of culinary experience, preferably in a breakfast-focused environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies to drive profitability.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team to exceed performance expectations.
- Ability to cook and teach culinary basics and foundations to new hires.
