• Conduct safety briefings for new employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Perform regular safety talks for shift teams and support EHS policy development.
• Promote safety initiatives and enhance safety culture.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and enforce safety measures.
• Perform ongoing inspections to identify non-compliance.
• Coordinate audits and maintain safety documentation.
• Facilitate monthly EHS Committee meetings and ensure WSH regulation compliance.
• Collect data for EHS and Sustainability reports.
• Coordinate the Permit to Work System and ensure contractor compliance.
• Oversee workplace repairs and installations for safety risks and verify tools and equipment safety.
• Investigate and report WSH incidents, and conduct safety briefings, trainings, and emergency drills.
• Arrange OSHA testing and evaluations, manage visitor registration, and address disciplinary offences.
