Description:

Within Medline Operations, we take care of all the activities necessary to make Medline products available to our customers, hospitals and healthcare professionals, where and when they need them. Our teams in Le Coudray Montceaux, Kleve, Piacenza and Bicester ensure that our products are in stock, prepared, shipped correctly and delivered on time to our customers in Europe.
The HSE department helps to ensure that our commitments to health, safety and the environment are respected by participating in the continuous improvement of our practices. It is within this department that we are looking for a permanent contract:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate suppliers and service providers on site, ensuring that standards and regulations are met.
  • Carry out “waste audits” to help control the environmental impact of the Piacenza and Bicester operations.
  • Contribute actively to the CSR policy.
  • Schedule and conduct audits, ensuring compliance with site requirements and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in the identification, documentation, analysis, and assessment of risks related to site activities.
  • Monitor and update the Document Valuations of Risk (DVR) and any reports required by Italian and English law.
  • Care of regulatory watch on EHS subject.
  • Manage and improve existing 6s.
  • Maintain warehouse EHS certifications.
  • Monitor and maintain the warehouse’s equipment and infrastructure and monitor maintenance actions in partnership with the maintenance technician and suppliers.
  • Organise, plan and coordinate maintenance work within the warehouse.
  • Participate in and lead safety and environmental improvement projects
