Description:

An exciting opportunity within the Early Intervention in Psychosis service has arisen for an innovative, motivated, and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our City EIP service. We are looking for someone with a passion for high quality care to play an active role in shaping care and support for service users, their families and carers.
Bradford EIP is a nationally recognised, top performing service, comprising of five teams. This vacancy is for our City team who are based in the heart of Bradford and support the population in and around central Bradford. The successful applicant will be joining a supportive, forward-thinking service with a rich history for delivering high quality care through a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual approach.
The role involves leadership responsibilities for an experienced, well-established team of specialist mental health professionals. The team leader will work closely with the senior management team to creatively shape and guide care to best fit our communities here in Bradford.
Bradford EIP is a supportive and creative environment; the Senior Team work closely to offer continuous guidance and support. We value the continuous development of all, Clinical Supervision and CPD is a high priority within the Team. In line with National EIP safer staffing practices, staff caseloads are protected to enable effective high-quality work.
We are hoping to interview for the role 20th September, however this may be subject to change.
