• Prepare Master Production Planning both weekly Master Production Scheduling and high level & quarterly Rough Cut Capacity based upon finance/sales AOP and demand planning.
• Prepare an execute Supply Review for Platform/Hub as part of the monthly iS&OP cycle
• Support preparation of contingency plans for the products in order not to have availability issues. Determine best applications in order to fit cost models & supply strategies. Have monthly/weekly control on defined inventory/production modeling that are strategically agreed. Work on back up plans and proposals to avoid supply issues.
• Support the total Category iS&OP process by providing timely input and insights to the Category E2E Region Mgr
• Share expertise with other planners (e.g. exchange sessions, best practice sharing between both SP teams)
• Prolink Export for PL & DACH, support COE team in case of new system solution implementation
• Support DII management agenda, support properly DII target execution via effective inventory management and collaboration with Finance / Control teams.
• Become natural back up for SC Plng Assoc Planner
• Drive standardization of planning processes and tools across all PL & DACH Beverage teams
• Business Continuity Planning: Support contingency plans for strategic supply chains and alternative sourcing
• Identify reason of low service and recommend improvements and solutions.
• Suggests cost and operations optimization within own area of responsibility
• Contributes to continuous improvement of supply chain efficiency by leading the projects assigned and/or participating in project group
