AUSTRAC is seeking a dynamic Director, Product Solutions
Development Lead, to play a crucial role in leading and managing developers to support the delivery of projects and operational capabilities for AUSTRAC. As a leading member of the Innovation and Technology Solutions (ITS) branch, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive the implementation of solutions, across a diverse range of technologies. You will work closely across multiple products delivery teams to provide development lead expertise related to IT systems programs, projects and operations. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the implementation of solutions across diverse range of technologies.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring and identify training needs.
  • Leverage current and emerging technology to drive innovation
  • Foster and manage strong relationships with partner agencies and a broad range of stakeholders
  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional collaboration initiatives, activities and relationships.
  • Work closely with other delivery leads, architecture leads and technical leads.
  • Work with other AUSTRAC teams, including security, infrastructure and PaaS, to ensure the solutions are compliant.
  • Provide cogent advice to DCIO, CIO, and other AUSTRAC senior executives, on a broad range of technical IT topics.
