Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
- Respond to reactive Electrical and HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
- Work without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues. Preventing critical breakdown issues.
- Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
- Participate in an on-call roster.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:
- Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essential
- Refrigerant handling license - essential
- Trade qualified – A-Grade Electrician.
- Cabling licence, CPR/LVR, Security provider licence – Preferred.
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous commercial or retail experience, with a preference for multi-site management.
- The position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medical and a police check*
