Electrical Commissioning Superintendent for a FPSO project in CHINA

EDUCATION

• Engineering/technical degree (preferred).
• Technical diploma.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL OR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Professional Role general knowledge

• Commissioning Plan and Monitoring
• Commissioning Works and Testing
• Construction Plan and Monitoring
• Plant / Facilities Start-up and Handover

Basic Knowledge from other Prof. Areas

• Project Configuration (Development Project Scope Deflnltlon)
• Project Monitoring and Controlling (Change Management)
• Project Engineering
• HSE Principles and Systems
• Production & Logistics

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL OR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Requested previous commissioning experiences regarding the followings:

• HV/MV electrical systems
• Power Management System (PMS)
• Turbogenerator commissioning and Synchronization
• Lead and supervise LOTO application

JOB PURPOSE

To Manage a team of supervisor and commissioning engineers for the commissioning and start-up of new FPSO facllltles ensuring that commissioning activities for the assigned areas/units proceed safely, efflciently and to the satisfactlon of all parties.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring all activities carried out by the contractors are in compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Ensuring all works are properly executed in compliance with project specification, QA/QC procedure and standards.
• Ensuring efficent interface between contractors.
• Respect of project time targets for commissioning.
• Manage a team of supervisors assigning tasks and monitoring the execution and progress
