The Drilling Service Product Performance Engineering Team is looking for a self-contained, self-motivated, and structured Electronic Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of new and improved products and components for harsh environment operations. The opportunity affords career growth and mentoring through a well-established training and development program.

As an Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing of analogue and digital hardware
  • Developing and building of test circuitry and environments
  • Testing and qualifying of electronic components and circuits
  • Supporting of temperature and vibration tests incl. processing and evaluating of test data
  • Being a guide in improving the analysis of existing products, systems, and processes; measurement and test of electronic circuits and systems
  • Disposition of deviations in manufacturing, quality, and assembly
  • Collaborating with Product Development Engineering and technical support organizations to improve tool/ service delivery

Responsibilities:

As an Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have successfully completed your studies in Electrical Engineering or similar field
  • Have significant work experience in digital and analogue hardware, including PCBA design, through internships, diploma projects or work experience
  • Have good knowledge in the technology of electronic components and systems as well as measurement and control engineering
  • Have good communication and reporting skills, verbally and written
  • Be self-contained, self-motivated and structured to work within a worldwide functioning interdisciplinary team
  • Have good written and verbal English skills, due to working in an international diverse working environmen
