POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting electrical systems for CES Corporation’s line of products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in electrical system design, testing, or maintenance. Experience in data center infrastructure is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or equivalent design software.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, CSA).
• Hands-on experience with medium to high-voltage systems, transformers, and power distribution equipment.
• Ability to read and create wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and testing.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of immersion cooling technologies and related electrical challenges.
• Experience with HPC datacenters and applicable electrical systems within.

• Design, develop, and validate electrical systems for modular data center products, including power distribution units (PDUs), transformers, and breaker panels.
• Assist with the integration of smart power technologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and automation, to ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the design, manufacturing, and site installation phases.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, test procedures, and maintenance protocols.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulatory standards to drive continuous improvement in product design and performance.
