Farnsworth Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer in our St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, and Peoria or Champaign, IL, offices. In this role, you will (list a few highlights of the job duties.)
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Electrical engineer with 4-8 years of experience in technically complex system design.
- BS in Electrical Engineering. EIT designation required, Professional Engineer License (PE) preferred.
- Wide range of design experience, including industrial power distribution, controls and MV systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with others and work on multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Ability to solve complex power engineering problems.
- Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of codes and standards associated with electrical power, including National Electrical Code, National Electrical Safety Code, and applicable IEEE Standards.
- Ability to pass background checks and willingness to comply with immunization requirements that our industrial clients may require to access their facilities.
- Ability to complete occasional travel to client sites in support of projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- NCEES Record holder preferred.
- Knowledge of Navisworks software preferred.
- Knowledge of SKM PowerTools, Easy Power and/or ETAP preferred.
