The electrical engineer is responsible for the design and maintenance of the electrical systems and software for our Sealed Air Cryovac packaging machines, ensuring designs are of a high standard, fulfil requirements and comply with the relevant directives and standards. Proven experience in electrical design within the machinery or industrial automation industry
Thorough understanding of electrical components and systems, including PLCs, motors and sensors
Knowledge of current standards (EN 60204-1, ISO 13849-1/2) and directives is an advantage
Knowledge of PLC programming (structured text, Allen Bradley, Siemens) is an advantage
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Languages: German and English (English: corporate language)
Communication skills, resilience, teamwork, flexibility, takes responsibility Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Degree as an electrical engineer (HF) or similar
Experience in automation / electrical engineering
Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (eXs e-cad advantageous)
Basic understanding in PLC programming
