WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry
- Proficient in electrical design, analysis, and modelling using industry-standard software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure

ABOUT THE ROLE
HRT Electrics Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our team in our Yagoona, NSW office. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems and components that are crucial to the success of our business. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our company.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Designing, developing, and optimising electrical systems and components to meet project requirements and industry standards
- Conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technicians, and other engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to recommend innovative solutions
- Documenting and reporting on project progress, performance, and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines
