• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop electrical design plans for construction projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine electrical system requirements and identify any potential obstacles or challenges.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and schematics for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure electrical materials and equipment, reviewing product specifications and conducting quality inspections as needed.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on construction sites, providing technical guidance and support to construction teams as required.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and inspections to verify the integrity and functionality of electrical installations, addressing any deficiencies or non-compliance issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings, equipment manuals, and compliance certificates, for record-keeping and future reference.
