Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer - Site to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and constraints
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and technical reports
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, civil engineers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during construction or operation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
• Stay updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies and industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on site-based roles for bulding projects
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including IEC and BS
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Extensive experience with power distribution systems, control systems, and instrumentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of industrial or commercial electrical systems
• Familiarity with construction processes and site management
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia
