ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you’ll manage electrical services design and documentation with the Directors, following company policies and job management systems. You’ll ensure timely information flow, manage project risks, and build client relationships. Responsibilities include client communication, site inspections, electrical calculations, strategic design input, contract administration, and coordinating multi-service drawings with AutoCAD

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

• Manage project risks formally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations.
• Conduct site inspections and meetings.
• Perform electrical calculations.
• Provide strategic design input and resolve issues.
• Contribute to schedules and specifications.
• Handle contract administration, including checking shop drawings, answering RFIs, and site inspections.
• Draft using AutoCAD as needed.
• Coordinate multi-service drawings, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire, and lifts.
