We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Leader to join our Toronto office. Our teams work on a wide range of highly complex project types like Rail, Data Centers, High Education, and Laboratories. We are looking for a leader who can work directly with our clients to help influence more sustainable design solutions and secure repeat business.

- Act as a senior member of the team to lead complex projects as a project manager or project director
- Support career development for our members including through mentoring and coaching
- Provide technical mentoring and support a culture of learning to the current and future team by sharing knowledge freely
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to identify and address potential issues or risks
- Contribute and collaborate in RFQ and RFP responses to bring future work in the pipeline
- Lead projects as a project manager and act as an engineer of record to stamp and seal drawings
Responsibilities:
IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU?
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural engineering
- 15 or more years of experience designing electrical systems for range of industrial, commercial, educational, healthcare, laboratories and/or transit project experience
- P.Eng is required
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects as a project manager
- Experience with developing proposals and attending pitch meeting with clients to secure projects
