Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  1. Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (EE) or higher.
  2. Big plus if applicant has experience working with Medium and High Voltage power equipment (GIS Gas-Insulated Switchgear, Power Transformers, Metal-Clad, and Air-Insulated Switchgear, Power Cables, etc.) and insulation failures, but not required.
  3. Troubleshooting.
  4. Excellent hand/eye coordination.
  5. Self-motivated, able to foster teamwork and promote department collaboration and communication;
  6. Clear oral and written communication, excellent relationship-building, superior planning, well-organized, problem-solving, and exceptional computer skills, includes not limited to Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Highly responsible and hard work.
  8. Speaks English at an idiomatic level, and multilingual is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out on-site testing tasks for electrical equipment, including partial discharge and infrared testing, analyze data, and prepare test reports.
  2. Provide training on condition monitoring knowledge and skills to agents and customers.
  3. ddress customer inquiries about the company’s products and resolve issues encountered during their use.
  4. Test new products of the company and write product manuals.
  5. Record video and audio materials for the use and promotion of company products, and assist in product marketing.
  6. Domestic and International Business Travels are required at an average of 50% or more.
  7. This individual will report directly to CEO and cooperate with other departments.
  8. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. It might require long standing hours and work outside the office setting.
