As a Hardware Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assisting in the design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality products. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the hardware engineering function.
You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct thoughtful troubleshooting of hardware issues
- Facilitate the development of test plans and procedures
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input
- Design and develop innovative hardware test solutions.
- Provide support for modifications to existing test solutions deployed in the field.
- Perform electrical design of circuit boards and update schematics.
- Create and review mechanical drawings.
- Define requirements and collaborate with the development team to ensure optimal testing and reliability.
- Deploy and integrate testing solutions in collaboration with unit developers and software teams.
- Support the production test team in resolving significant production issues related to hardware solution
