JOB OVERVIEW
Are you a skilled electrician with extensive knowledge and relevant industry experience? We’re looking for an Electrical Installation Performance Coach to join us at Southport College on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Installation Performance Coach, you will make a key contribution to the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the College, helping to meet key performance indicators and foster continuous improvement. In this varied and dynamic role, you will:
- Implement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of apprenticeship programs
- Plan, prepare and deliver training in specialist areas
- Conduct initial and continuous Health and Safety assessments in the workplace
- Enrol, induct, review and track learners
- Assess students in vocational areas, testing their knowledge and skills
- Liaise with Assessors, Trainers, Mentors, and employers to build networks and relay key information
