We are seeking an Electrical Lab Engineer to become one of our experts in Compliance and product testing. This role will ensure that products developed or managed by Enphase have been tested to agreed test plans and relevant national / international standards.
What you can look forward to…
- Supports Senior Compliance Engineers through related engineering activities such as, setting up test racks, modification, fabrication, and assembly of electro mechanical systems.
- Facilitate compliance testing e.g. Thermal testing, Mechanical testing, etc. by building test jigs, test racks, etc.
- Assists in the acquisition, construction, test, and check-out of test equipment.
- Uses manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment, including but not limited to, power meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
- Looks after and precisely plan equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the electrical laboratory by fulfilling the above tasks
What you will need to do it well…
- Certification or Bachelor in Electronics, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering principles
- Experience working in Electronics or Electrical laboratories.
- Excellent planning and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of National and International regulations is a plus.
- Experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Certification or Bachelor in Electronics, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good knowledge of Electronics and Electrical Engineering principles
- Experience working in Electronics or Electrical laboratories.
- Excellent planning and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of National and International regulations is a plus.
