QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Electrical Certification: Level 3 Electrical C&G/NVQ or equivalent - Essential.
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years in electrical maintenance, preferably in a single-person or autonomous role - Essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and fix electrical issues independently.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills, with experience in client interaction.
- Attention to Detail: High standards of work with a focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a unique opportunity to work in the heart of London? This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to work in an exclusive location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Carry out regular PPM tasks on key electrical systems, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Reactive Maintenance: Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical issues, minimizing disruption and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain electrical equipment, ensuring everything is in top working order.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, providing regular updates and professional service.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety regulations and best practices.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including logs and reports.
