We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team, covering the Durham/Newcastle region. In this mobile role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across commercial sites, so a Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Identify and report potential risks to the client.
- Enhance and implement the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program.
- Liaise with on-site client teams to address building service-related issues.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
