QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinating role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance.
• Fluent in English

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all electrical maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance interventions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
• Implement maintenance procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure electrical systems meet operational requirements.
• Lead and train a team of electricians and maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services and equipment procurement.
