Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technician (Glass Industry) - $3000 Sign On Bonus

SKILLS YOU BRING:

• Minimum 2-3 years maintenance/electrical, mechanical, residential, plant experience preferred
• Minimum high school education and/or Vocational school
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical schematics
• Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24v
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Pneumatic, hydraulic and Plumbing systems
• Experience within the glass industry would be a plus
• Able to use Multimeter efficiently
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Highly proficient at troubleshooting electrical issues
• VFD programming knowledge
• PLC output and input controls troubleshooting
• Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders

The Trulite Electrical Mechanical Technician would:

• Be responsible for the preventive maintenance/troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues on machinery used in the facility by using the CMMS software to track PMs and work orders
• Engages in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of electronic power generating equipment and transmission distribution and control equipment of electric-power utility
• Resolve problems using working knowledge and solutions that improve operations, and develops recommendations involving new techniques, technologies, or concepts.
