Description:

SES Engineering Services are looking for a skilled Electrical Production Engineer to join our SES PRISM team in our off site manufacturing factory in Coventry, overseeing the manufacturing process of electrical engineering products. This role is key to ensuring that our operations are efficient, cost-effective, and adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

You will take ownership of electrical supervision, manufacturing, and delivery of modules, skids, risers and plantrooms across multiple projects simultaneously. Your leadership will ensure that all production processes are carried out effectively, maintaining the integrity of our Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2008 SO) and contributing to the success of our projects.

As our Electrical Production Engineer you will:

  • Manage operative teams across various projects, ensuring they work efficiently and meet production targets.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure QA sign-off, maintaining the highest standards throughout the production process.
  • Allocate and supervise labour, communicate weekly targets, monitor performance, and ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Take a proactive role in managing and delivering lean processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks required by the business to support the smooth running of operations.
