Description:
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the M&E sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services, power distribution, and fit-out projects.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of design coordination, cost control, and value engineering.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and health & safety regulations.
- Experience working with main contractors and direct clients.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Manage electrical installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
- Provide technical leadership and problem-solving expertise throughout project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Oversee procurement, material management, and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain best practices in project management and quality assurance.
- Develop project timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
