Description:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the M&E sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical building services, power distribution, and fit-out projects.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of design coordination, cost control, and value engineering.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience working with main contractors and direct clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Manage electrical installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Liaise with clients, main contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Provide technical leadership and problem-solving expertise throughout project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Oversee procurement, material management, and resource allocation.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in project management and quality assurance.
  • Develop project timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
