H&MV Engineering was founded in 1997 and today has over 500 employees. As a general contractor, the company offers services for high-voltage grid connections up to 420 kV and associated medium-voltage systems from concept planning to commissioning and turnkey handover. Our customers develop demanding projects in the technology fields of large data centers, solar power plants, wind farms and battery storage. In the course of our constant growth and the expansion of our business activities, we are strengthening our branch in Frankfurt am Main and are looking for committed employees.
As an experienced site manager / site supervisor, you will accompany our projects in the field of electrical energy technology with high-performance HV grid connections and downstream medium-voltage facilities for data centers, wind farms, solar power plants and battery storage systems, from concept development through detailed planning to commissioning. You will thus make a significant contribution to the success of the company.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Studies in electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Flexibility/adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of German and good English
  • Willingness to travel within Germany

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the assembly and commissioning process with colleagues and service providers involved as well as the customer.
  • Participate in monthly project coordination meetings and weekly progress reviews with the project team and troubleshoot continuously.
  • On-site management of our assembly and commissioning activities.
  • Responsibility for compliance with the relevant regulations, laws, standards and customer specifications.
  • Cooperation with the SiGeKo to ensure safety and health protection on the construction sites.
  • Creation of commissioning and test documentation.
  • Building a trusting relationship with the customer to ensure future project opportunities.
