Description:
As an Electrical Supervisor at H&MV Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of various electrical projects at client sites. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating teams, and overseeing the delivery of projects to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will demonstrate your leadership skills and technical expertise to ensure the seamless operation of electrical installations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays promptly.
- Lead and motivate on-site personnel, including technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Electrical Site Supervisor
- Ideal candidates should have 2 - 5 years + experience working in the Electrical Industrial Engineering Industry as a Supervisor.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to liaise with, team members and project managers.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
