Electrical Site Supervisor

We are seeking a number of Electrical Site Supervisors to work on a 3:1 rotation abroad for our projects across the EEA.
As a Site Supervisor at MTM Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering the cable installation package for large-scale development projects. You will lead a team on-site, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards. MTM Engineering Ltd, established in 1997, is a leading Electrical Engineering company specializing in MV & LV electrical cable installation, termination services, and containment solutions for a wide range of construction projects. We have extensive experience in industries such as Data Centres and Pharmaceuticals, across Europe, the UK, and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS:

• EU Citizenship: The role requires visa free travel across EEA sites
• Experienced Leader: At least 5 years of experience managing site teams and projects, ideally in electrical cable installation
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Data Centres is desirable but not essential
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and oral English (minimum level C2).
• Work Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work and reside in the UK without restrictions
• Self-Motivated: A proactive individual who can handle challenges and tackle tasks head-on
• Strong Communicator: Capable of leading teams and engaging effectively with all stakeholders
• Health & Safety Champion: A deep understanding and commitment to adhering to health and safety guidelines
