Description:

WHO WE ARE:

Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team.

EDUCATION:

  • 3 year diploma in electrical engineering (Certificate shall be attested in UAE)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum [6] years of experience in electrical work, with at least [3] years in a supervisory role.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant electrical licenses and certifications (e.g., SEWA Electrical Supervisor or Assistant Engr Electrical) preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent problem-solving abilities; thorough knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Proficient with electrical testing and diagnostic tools; familiarity with relevant software for project management and documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance.
  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure that all work is performed according to electrical codes and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
  • Enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA or relevant safety standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical codes and industry best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, team performance, and any issues encountered.
  • Document changes and updates to electrical systems and processes
  • Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition.
  • Order and replace materials as neede
