We are currently seeking a qualified Electrical Supervisor (Electrician) to join our Delta FM QLD team. You will work with our committed Delta FM maintenance team at the Queensland Children’s Hospital and be responsible for the efficient delivery of electrical maintenance services. This role requires previous experience in a supervisory role and a pro-active approach to safety.

• Responsible for managing the continued operation of integrated electrical systems inside the QLD Children’s Hospital healthcare precinct
• Develop and manage maintenance plans and scheduling, including management of in-house technical resources and subcontractors.
• Manage reactive breakdowns prioritising critical services to meet site & client KPI’s.
• Operational Support to QLD Health BEMS department
• Managing & tracking works orders through the computerised maintenance system (CMMS)
• Liaise with clients in terms of completion of works and future works, including scoping and quoting for minor works, and lifecycle replacement/upgrades.
• Drive WHS compliance and best practice, ensuring that staff are familiar with WHS requirements and following safe work practices. We are a team that values and priorities safety.
