REQUIREMENTS

• Electrical Trade qualification
• QLD Licensed Electrician
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proven experience supervising electrical construction teams on large industrial or commercial projects

Closely collaborating with the Electrical Site Manager, you will oversee the execution of electrical construction activities on-site and ensure the successful delivery of the project in alignment with safety, schedule, quality, and environmental objectives.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate and manage site-based electrical contractors, including engineers, supervisors, safety officers, and quality inspectors
• Oversee the construction portion of project plans
• Lead day-to-day planning
• Establish and implement construction schedules and strategies
• Monitor resource forecasting, labour, equipment, material, and services
• Collaborate with the Electrical Site Manager and ensure effective communication with stakeholders across the project
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to monitor work progress and compliance with specifications
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and health & safety standards
