Description:
Are you looking for a challenging new opportunity? We’re looking for a Electrical Systems Responsible Engineer to help prepare simple plans, designs, calculations, costs and bills of material, in accordance with established codes, standards, drawings or other specifications such as reporting, forecasting, analyzing, assessing and interpreting information relating to class 4 and class 3 electrical systems. Does the idea of contributing to the creation and maintenance of condition assessments and asset management plans appeal to you? If so, this may be the role for you!
What you will be doing!
Identifying deficiencies and their associated risk as well as opportunities for optimization and their potential rewards
Recommending actions to take to work with operations to continuously monitor both condition and performance of electrical systems
Executing the actions and communicate the resulting knowledge to appropriate stakeholders
Defining requirements of new construction or existing building/ or system overhaul
Creating Client Requirements Documents
Creating Scope of Work documents and Design guide updates
Reviewing designs and develop maintenance procedures
Developing System Performance Monitoring Plans and System Health Reports.
Working with regulatory and program authorities (ESA, OSH) to ensure that systems are configured and maintained per regulation
Using internal process to maintain infrastructure configuration management (ECC, IWC etc.).
Other duties as assigned by your manager.
