Responsibilities:

Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or upselling solution for their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
As a Electrical Systems Team Lead, you will be leading the Systems Team, supporting their overall growth and coordinating with product development team leads in support of driving, applying, researching and launching ZTR products with your Systems expertise.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive the design, implementation and validation of circuits, enclosures, wiring, and operator interfaces for use in a harsh environment
  • Authorize electronic hardware components selection for systems integration
  • Mentor, coach, and empower your team, fostering their professional development and growth through goals and expectations
  • Deliver expert validation services, compliant with relevant standards and thorough testing procedures
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive strategic innovation and initiatives
  • Lead various analysis to determine potential project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Advise on up-to-date industry standards, best practices and regulations for effective engineering validation
  • Manage technical documentation and project administration
  • Perform on-site control system and locomotive commissioning at globally located rail yards.
  • Potential ability to travel internationally
