Description:

We are recruiting an Electrical Technician into our Compliance Testing team.
Paradigm’s Compliance Electrical Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that all our properties meet 100% electrical compliance. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for day-to-day electrical maintenance tasks, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties. Additionally, you will conduct annual testing of emergency lighting and undertake other duties as required by the business. You will work independently, adhering to all of Paradigm’s policies and procedures, to deliver a ‘first-time fix’ service while providing outstanding customer care to our tenants.

Thank you for your interest in Paradigm Housing Group.
Shortlisting will be conducted based on the essential and desirable criteria outlined in the person specification. We reserve the right to close this role earlier than the published date should a suitable candidate be identified.
We are Paradigm Housing Group.
We manage more than 15,000 homes across the South East.
We know that house prices in the areas where we work are high, both to buy and rent. We want to help more people have a safe and sustainable home that they can afford.
As a charity, the money we make goes into building new homes and providing an excellent service for residents.
