QUALIFICATIONS

  • HNC Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant experience from within the energy sector
  • Demonstrable experience of working on the electrical network, ideally dealing with LV and HV plant maintenance
  • Previous SAP Authorisation would be advantageous.
  • A good understanding of O&M works processes
  • Have a high standard of HSE awareness
  • Knowledgeable in: -
  • Power generation
  • HV networks
  • Electrical Testing/Analysis
  • Commissioning
  • MS Office Applications
  • Language; English

Job Description

  • You will be required to travel for this role working across multiple sites through-out the UK. When travel is not required the candidate will be expected to Work from Home or one of Statkraft’s office locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on our electrical systems across our Wind, BESS and Grid Services assets
  • HV SAP training and development
  • Investigate alarms and provide fault response
  • Support with the delivery of projects
  • Follow up the execution of planned and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Supervise engineering work onsite
  • Assess the technical requirements for ongoing project

Responsibilities:

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL FOR THIS ROLE WORKING ACROSS MULTIPLE SITES THROUGH-OUT THE UK. WHEN TRAVEL IS NOT REQUIRED THE CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK FROM HOME OR ONE OF STATKRAFT’S OFFICE LOCATIONS.
