Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Electrical Tradesman, Leading Hand to oversee and coordinate electrical projects while actively participating in hands-on work. This role involves managing a team of electricians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Role Description
WE ARE SEEKING A SKILLED TRADESPERSON WITH THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
- Available for full-time work (40 hours/week) in the Western Suburbs, NSW.
- Proven experience as an electrical tradesperson with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and licenses.
- Possesses a valid White Card for Construction Induction Safety.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.

Skills:
- Experience in both commercial and residential electrical construction.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians on various projects.
- Perform hands-on electrical work, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret and review electrical plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site.
- Provide training and support to junior team members and apprentices.
