JOB OVERVIEW:

The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within commercial and residential facilities managed by the company. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical components.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical technology preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a facility management setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and control systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Valid electrician license or certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
