For our office in Weikersheim, we are looking for a qualified and proactive Electrician (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and functionality of our properties. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Electrically qualified person in accordance with DGUV A3.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in German and at least basic knowledge of English.
- High level of electrical knowledge and strong technical understanding.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Proficient in data maintenance, office tasks, and administrative duties.
- Excellent team and collaboration skills.
- Pragmatic approach with a structured and proactive work style.
- Highly quality-oriented and independent working style.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to a maximum of 20%) to our locations within Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Property Monitoring: Monitor and inspect the overall condition of our properties to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Electrical Inspections: Conduct electrical inspections in accordance with DGUV A3 standards.
- Workplace Cabling: Handle the cabling of TecAlliance workstations to ensure smooth operations.
- Supplier Coordination: Coordinate and support suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Safety Management: Manage the locking and alarm systems to ensure the security of our facilities.
- Administration: Take on administrative tasks, including documentation and data maintenance.
- Building superintendent: Serve as a deputy janitor and assist with various maintenance tasks as needed.
