ABOUT THE JOB
Are you ready to jump into a mega project (> 2 B€ Capex program, thereof design/engineering budget >>200 m€) to bring in your experience & knowledge ? The race is on to design & build our new Insulin flex facilities addressing BLA (Biologics License Application) .
Your skills could be critical in helping us to achieve our key project milestones. You will lead all Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering activities from Basic Engineering down to Detailed Design for Program in accordance with EHS, Quality, Business & Users requirements focus on design to cost solutions & replication for Glargine in China.

Your job, as Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering Lead within our Global Engineering team, will be to lead all Electrical & Instrumentation Activities from Insulin Program.

Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver all Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering activities from Basic Engineering to Detailed Design for the Program in accordance with EHS, Quality, Business & Users requirements focus on design to cost solutions & replication for Glargine in China
- Collaborate with transversal functions (EHS, Operations & Quality, procurement, legal and others) to manage basic engineering & Detailed Design studies with optimized solutions
- Lead Engineering contractor to deliver design on time in full & reach project objectives (Design Specification for all E&I equipment’s with a focus on standardization for skids and in close and strong alignment with digital functions, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Functional analysis for process control & supervision, …)
- Define needs for instrumentation accounting for cleaning critical process parameters and others.
- Risk Management : Anticipate, identify, and manage project risks by creating and tracking action plans, and communication to Process lead.
- Build and sustain high performance team (internal & external)
- Provide technical support for commissioning (FAT/SAT) for the program in close collaboration with the C&Q leader, and assist site teams during PQ & validation activities before full handover
